Ken Robinson, "The Element"
Whether it's budgetary decisions or educational practices there is a disconnect from the reality of creating an environment that is designed to help the children thrive and what looks best on paper. Policy should be dictated by good philosophy, with evidence to back up the decisions on how to create a place where the students can learn and grow.
Regardless of what direction one decides to vote, we believe in empowering parents with tools/resources to get a better basis on how children learn and how you can support them.
We can't discuss education and policy without addressing the fact that children have been harmed over the past few years. As educators, parents, guides etc it falls under our lawful duty of care to ensure that we remain diligent in doing our own research/work to follow the science and stay informed for the sake of all children.
